Through open dialogue, feedback, and shared experiences, team members develop a deeper understanding of each other’s strengths, weaknesses, and communication styles, leading to improved teamwork and collaboration.

Participants benefit from peer-to-peer learning, mentorship, and accountability, empowering them to overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and maximize their leadership potential.

As an experienced executive coach, I specialize in guiding executive leaders towards their full potential.

Through my group coaching programs, I provide a supportive and transformative environment where leaders can learn, grow, and thrive together.

Often, my group coaching is custom to the unique goals and/or challenges of the business. In addition, I often shadow teams and or business units to uncover areas of strength to be built on and areas of improvement to resolve. 

How We Work Together

  • Pre-group coaching discovery/shadow session.
  • Weekly (bi-weekly) scheduled 60-minute sessions a month – on Zoom or in person.
  • Recordings of our Zoom calls are available within 24 hours.
  • Ability to pivot direction based on feedback.
  • Feedback, strategies, recommended resources, and action items.
  • 3 months minimum.

Coaching Readiness

  • All participants must clear their calendar for the one hour per week of coaching.
  • All managers must support the one hour per week their direct report is focused on the coaching session(s).
  • All participants must participate.
  • All participants must report their progress to their manager. 
  • Open minds and a positive outlook are required.
